Raffaele Suprano founded Compass Land Advisors in 2015 to give landowners, builders, and investors one advisor who understands both the deal and the dirt. Over 15 years he has closed more than $150 million in transactions across Southern California, including raw and entitled land, multifamily, medical office, and net-lease investments.
His work starts with what a site can actually become. Raffaele evaluates zoning, General Plan designations, access, utilities, and environmental constraints. He has guided projects through CEQA and MSHCP review and through Army Corps, CDFW, and Regional Water Quality Control Board permits. He has advised on 20 land assignments totaling about 3,500 acres, from a 360-acre vesting tentative map in Bakersfield to infill sites across the Inland Empire.
Earlier in his career, as Senior Vice President of Operations at Nova Homes, he led acquisition and entitlement on 28 residential projects. He is a licensed California real estate broker and Class B general contractor, so he underwrites every site with a builder’s view of grading and construction cost.
